Revisions within the approved scope are handled according to the proposal. Changes to previously approved scenes, design information, camera paths, or film length may affect the schedule or fee, and we discuss that with you before proceeding.

Yes. Depending on the project, the final film can include your logo, titles, text overlays, property features, calls to action, music, sound design, or voiceover. We can also prepare alternate versions for websites, presentations, sales centers, and social platforms, including vertical or square formats. These items should be identified during the planning stage so they are included in the creative direction, production schedule, and proposal.

Pricing is based on the animation length, project size, amount of 3D modeling required, number and complexity of scenes, level of architectural and landscape detail, animated people or vehicles, final resolution, post-production requirements, and delivery schedule. Existing, production-ready 3D files may reduce the modeling scope, while a project that must be built from drawings will require more preparation.
