    The purpose of the conversation is to determine the appropriate visualization approach and whether Panoram CGI is the right fit for the project.

    This may include architectural drawings, CAD files, Revit or SketchUp models, site plans, surveys, landscape plans, interior design packages, material selections, mood boards, reference imagery, or a written project brief.

    You do not need to have every item completed before scheduling the call.

    Some projects require a small set of strategic still images, while others may benefit from aerial renderings, interior visualization, animation, virtual tours, or a larger package of marketing assets.

    During the consultation, we discuss the project objective first and recommend deliverables based on how the visuals will actually be used.

  • The consultation is designed for architects, developers, builders, interior designers, golf course architects, country clubs, hospitality teams, and property marketing professionals and home owners who are considering a professional visualization project.

  • Yes. Panoram CGI works on projects throughout Florida, including South Florida, the Treasure Coast, Central Florida, Southwest Florida, and other markets throughout the state.

    The team also works on projects outside Florida.

  • Pricing and production timelines depend on the project scope, level of design development, available files, complexity, number and type of deliverables, required resolution, animation length when applicable, and target deadline.

    After reviewing the project requirements, the team can define the appropriate scope and next commercial step.

  • No.

    A completed 3D model can be helpful, but it is not required for every project. Depending on the scope, projects can begin from architectural drawings, CAD files, BIM models, SketchUp models, surveys, sketches, design references, or other project information.
