The project

Our client is an architecture firm based in Texas, specializing in high-design custom residences that blend contemporary form with the natural landscape.

The project includes four renderings capturing the home’s design intent and lived experience. Two exterior views show daytime and sunset conditions, highlighting natural light, landscape, and outdoor living areas. Two interior views reveal spatial flow and material warmth across the main living, kitchen, and dining space.

How we worked together

Every project comes with its own set of moving parts. Here's how we navigated these parts to keep clients informed and in control at every step, without overwhelming them with technical detail.

Start with Clay: We deliver an unrendered model first so clients can confirm scale, proportion, and layout, catching issues early.

Make Feedback Visual: Client comments are mapped directly onto renderings to eliminate misinterpretation and ensure everyone shares the same vision.

Align Before Revising: A dedicated walkthrough of all feedback ensures faster, more accurate revisions with fewer back-and-forths.

Run Scopes in Parallel: Interior renderings were added mid-project without pausing exterior work, delivering both on schedule.

The renderings

The project was completed on time and to the client's full satisfaction, despite added scope and mid-project changes.
