Cedar Oak is a masterclass in hillside modernism. The goal was to bridge the gap between a complex architectural plan and a multi-million dollar sale.
In luxury development, precision is everything. The Cedar Oak project stands as a verified success where the actual construction is an exact mirror of our original rendering. By creating a true-to-life digital twin, we ensured that every cantilever, material transition, and window placement was resolved long before the first stone was laid.
How we worked together
At Panoram, we believe a rendering is not just a picture, it is a tool that drives decisions. Before we hit "render" on Cedar Oak, we asked: Where does the eye need to rest? How does the transition from the kitchen to the pool deck facilitate a sense of home? We focused our visualization strategy on three key elements:
Material Integrity: Ensuring the wood cabinetry and marble waterfall island felt lifelike enough to touch.
Atmospheric Light: Simulating how the natural sun would interact with the floor-to-ceiling glass to create a true-to-life atmosphere throughout the day.
Spatial Flow: Proving the viability of the open-concept design by showing the relationship between the fireside living area and the horizon.
